STYLES
I am driven by functional solutions and my design aesthetic is contemporary and clean lined. Good floor-plan solutions are important no matter what style you prefer. While I help create the floor-plans, the clients often select their own furnishing based on the set of plans I provide them that include all required dimensions, making the process easier for them.

SERVICES 

Activities you may use my support for, include but are not limited to:

  • Drawing up various ideas for floor-plan solutions to your remodeling projects. 

  • Helping you select fixtures and furnishing for any area of your home while keeping to any budget constraints. I can either accompany you to a showroom or create a presentation of options for you to consider.

  • Creating mock-up collages to test design ideas before settling on the perfect one for you.

  • Creating presentation-boards to organize inspirations for the project or intuitive proposals that capture the essence of the projects direction.

PROCESS

The way I work with clients can vary based on your specific needs, typically:

  • I first meet with you, in person or by phone, to get a sense of the scope of your project and ideas. 

  • Then together, we will evaluate the options available to you. Remaining flexible and open to changing ideas or shifting directions.

  • We involve the General Contractor for a ‘reality-check’ on any proposed ideas and create a final plan based on that feedback.

  • I help you move your project forward by creating manageable to-do-lists, suggesting relevant showrooms and shops for you to visit, with or without my assistance, and other activities that will support your project. 

  • We can have in-home meetings to go over ideas, options and floor-plans or, we can work remotely via emails.
